Programs at the Capital Senior Center
Our programs are designed to meet the goal and objective of our mission: to help mature adults stay independent, physically fit and socially engaged. The emphasis is on exercise that ameliorates the impact of aging, coupled with social engagement.
We have over 800 members from ages 50 to 95
174 hours of social activities per month
45 hours of educational activities per month
320 hours of fitness/exercise activities per month
