About Capital Senior Center

Capital Senior Center's mission is to keep mature adults physically fit, socially engaged, intellectually stimulated and independent. The Center's programs include a fully equipped gym, circuit training equipment, a multitude of fitness classes from Tai Chi to Aerobics, educational classes, and tours & travel opportunities. The social opportunities include a dance every Friday night, along with special occasion events.
