The membership dues are:

Associate Membership - $25 a year. Includes newsletter, social events, arthritis exercise program, academic programs/lectures, use of computer lab, and discounts on special classes and events.  Does not include fitness classes.

Gym Membership - $85 a year.  All of the above, plus use of fully equipped Fitness Center and Circuit Training room.  Does not include fitness classes.

Full Membership - $225 a year, or $25 per month. All benefits of Associate and Gym Membership, plus unlimited participation in fitness classes.

• Field trips in the Carolinas as well as some special trips: Germany, Alaska, Arizona, etc.

• An on-staff Fitness Trainer available for consultations and demonstrating use of gym equipment. (By appointment).
